Why are you running and what drew you to fundraise for Severn Hospice?

I have chosen to raise money for this amazing charity because I believe the end of life care needed for families is vital. I want to run for Severn Hospice because I have had many friends who have used it in end of life care.

If it is for someone, who they were, what they meant to you, what would they think of you doing this?

I am not running in  memory of anyone but for all those who will need to use this caring service in the future.

What are your biggest fears or anything you need to overcome?

I think the London Marathon will be one heck of a challenge for me.

What’s your best training incentive / help – a song maybe, food etc?

I love to listen to music while the miles and the time are ticking away. This helps me loads and to lose myself from the hard work it takes.

What support are you getting from family / friends?

I have a great family support team and they are all helping me, so much so that they all joined me in running a half marathon in December.

I know once my fundraising gets underway I will get lots of donations too.
