By volunteering at community collections and events, you’ll help raise vital funds while meeting new people, connecting with supporters in your local community and being a friendly face for the hospice.
At pre-booked collections and events, you’ll greet members of the public, chat with supporters, thank people for their generosity and share information about the hospice, upcoming events and ways to get involved.
You don’t need to know everything about the hospice – we’ll provide all the information and support you with everything you need, including a handy cheat sheet with answers to common questions.
This is a perfect opportunity if you would like to support us on an ad-hoc basis. It’s flexible and can easily fit into busy lifestyles.
Just a couple of hours of your time can make a meaningful difference to local families.
