For one weekend only, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at Theatre Severn will become Snow White and the SEVERN Dwarfs as we ask panto-goers to support their local hospice.

Hospice fundraising manager Lucy Ruff said: “I’m not the wicked queen, we asked Theatre Severn very politely for their support and they were only too ready to help.

“We know Christmas is a time for families to enjoy being together and a night at the panto will be a real highlight of the season. Unfortunately, some of the families we care for can’t look forward to that simple pleasure.

“Our work matters every day to those in our care but particularly at Christmas, so we are hoping this weekend’s panto fans can find room in their hearts for them.”

Beki Poole at Theatre Severn said: “Theatre Severn has a tradition of supporting community causes and we were delighted to help Severn Hospice when they asked for our help.

“Their idea for a weekend takeover is really in the spirit of panto fun and Christmas charity.”

If you are going to one of the four performances of Snow White and the Severn Dwarfs this weekend don’t be bashful, come and say hi (ho).
