Welcome to Fundraising:

The Severn Hospice needs over £3,000,000 a year to provide its wide range of  services to the local community.  Only 33% of this sum comes from government funding.

That means each and every day we have to raise, through voluntary income, over £5,500 to keep the Hospice open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In addition, July 2004 saw the launch of the Telford Appeal, to build a new hospice in Telford, meaning the amount to be raised by voluntary contributions will double in the next financial year and beyond.

Norma Ross, Appeals Director, and her team are responsible for meeting this challenge head-on and if you would like to help there are many ways in which you can do this. You could become a member of the Hospice Lottery, donate or buy goods from one of our 14 Charity Shops, organise or take part in one of the many fundraising events that take place throughout the year or save your spare change in one of our collecting tins.

If you have a fundraising idea then we are here to help and support you!
